1. How do
your personal / unique qualities best fit the International
Pageant System?
I am a dedicated mother and
wife. I enjoy public speaking and have had many years of
training through high school and college. I represent
children that are deprived, abused, and neglected. I want
to encourage others to take the opportunity to make a
difference in these children’s lives.
2. What is
something that few people know about you?
When I graduated high school one year early at 16, I
wanted to move to California to pursue a degree in
Marine Biology. Since I was so young, I stayed in
Ardmore to go to a local college and later decided to
pursue a degree in the legal field.
3. What do
you do to stay healthy?
I
must give credit to my four children for staying in
shape. My children are 2, 5, 8, and 11. They keep my
very busy at all times. Also, I think it is very
important for a family to have a well-balanced
“home-cooked” meal together.
4.
Everyone talks
about “Family Values”. What are they?
I
believe family values are teamwork, love, open
communication, and compassion. I believe families must
work together as a team and incorporate each of these
values.
5. What
is your worst habit? Why?
Too
often I am a perfectionist. I have to take a step back
and realize that not everything can be perfect. Even
though I can’t be perfect, I still strive to do it to
the best of my ability.
