The state entry fee is $325 . A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to have official paperwork sent to you. The application fee will be credited toward the $325 entry fee.

Please fill out the form and send the application fee via PayPal or mail a check or money order to:

Please also include a photo that will be used for the website. Make checks payable to Galaxy Event Productions.

I affirm that I am and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that I have not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its representatives, sponsors and/or licensees; that I have not appeared in nude or provocative photographs for any film or publication prior to, during the preliminary or pageant finals, or during my reign as an Oklahoma International Pageant titleholder. I will conduct myself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Mrs. Oklahoma International Pageant and while representing an Oklahoma International Pageant title. I will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Oklahoma International Pageant staff or anyone else involved with or connected to the Oklahoma International Pageant. I understand that defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against the Oklahoma International Pageant may result in immediate disqualification at the discretion of the Oklahoma International Pageant Executive Director, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges. I agree to display good sportsmanship at all times. I understand that disruptive behavior before, during or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges at the discretion of the Oklahoma International Pageant Executive Director.
