EVENT INFORMATION

The 2009 Mrs. Oklahoma Pageant will be held April 24-26, 2009 at the OSU Theater in Stillwater. The pageant will be held in conjunction with the Miss and Miss Teen Oklahoma International Pageants.

Rooms will be held until April 3rd under "Oklahoma International Pageants". Stillwater is a busy town so please don't wait too late to make your reservations. Please call the local hotel number above.

Deadline

The deadline to enter the Mrs. Oklahoma pageant is April 4, 2009. All fees, required paperwork and optional program book ads must be received in our office by the deadline.

Sponsorship Fee = $475

We regret that we must charge a Sponsorship Entry Fee. However, the Mrs. Oklahoma  Pageants is self-supporting and rely solely upon entry fees to cover production expenses. Contestants may pay the fee themselves or may seek sponsors. Sponsors names are listed in the program book if the contestant desires.

Is a payment plan available?

Yes! Contestants may pay the fee in full or may select a payment plan. A $100 deposit is required to initiate a payment plan. Payments of any amount must be made at least every 30 days until the total fee is received. The Sponsorship Entry Fee must be paid in full by the April 4th deadline. No exceptions for any reason. Failure to pay the fee in full by the deadline will result in disqualification.

What if I decide not to compete or am unable to compete? Will I get a refund or credit?

No. Due to high production costs, we will not be able to return any payments so please make sure you will be able to participate in the Oklahoma state pageant before sending any funds. Entry fees paid by entrant, sponsor, and/or advertiser are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances.

Program Book Ad Sales

Each contestant is responsible for selling one full page program book ad.  Advertising sales go directly towards the printing of the program book. Many pageants sell their program books for anywhere from $10 - $25. The Mrs. Oklahoma International Pageant does not sell our program books - each pageant attendee receives a program book at no additional cost. The sale of advertisements allows us to provide this additional service. All ad sales and payment are due by the April 4, 2009 deadline. Ads are priced as follows:
